Bruce Williams brings over 30 years of experience in creating outdoor spaces that feel like natural extensions of the home. With dual degrees in Horticulture Production and Horticulture Service from the Nebraska College of Technical Agriculture, Bruce combines technical knowledge with creative design. A Nebraska Certified Nurseryman and FX Lighting Specialist, he’s known for detailed 3D landscape plans that help clients visualize their projects. His award-winning work and leadership have been featured regionally, and his designs balance beauty, function, and purpose. Outside work, Bruce enjoys family time, home projects, and exploring his roots through genealogy.

Russ, originally from Bartley, Nebraska, holds an associate degree in Applied Science from Garden City Community College. With over 22 years in the landscape industry, he specializes in irrigation sales, service, and design. His career began on a golf course in Garden City and grew through a decade as an assistant superintendent in Topeka before moving to Salina to focus on irrigation design. Inspired by family and nature, Russ values the chance to work outdoors every day. When he’s not designing systems, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time surrounded by the landscapes he loves.

Meagan, a 2023 graduate of Kansas State University, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Graphic Design/Art. As a certified Master Gardener in Central Kansas, she blends creativity with horticultural knowledge to design outdoor spaces that are both beautiful and sustainable. Passionate about native plants and ecological design, she helps clients enjoy landscapes that thrive naturally. Meagan also supports marketing and social media efforts, using her design background to strengthen the company’s brand. Outside of work, she enjoys horseback riding, paddleboarding at Wilson Lake, and relaxing at home with her dog and two cats.

Kellen brings over 15 years of experience in the landscape industry to his role as Landscape Division Manager. With a Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, focused on Landscape Design, Kellen has a strong foundation in both the technical and creative aspects of landscape management. His passion for the field is matched by his dedication to his team and clients, striving to deliver exceptional results that elevate every property he touches.

What Kellen enjoys most about his position is the opportunity to collaborate with a talented group of professionals. He takes pride in supporting his team and ensuring that clients’ visions are fully realized, creating outdoor spaces that are both functional and beautiful. His approach is always client-centered, with a focus on communication and quality, ensuring each project meets the highest standards. Outside of work, Kellen enjoys traveling with his wife, coaching his nephew in soccer, and spending quality time with his dogs.

With over 20 years of experience in human resources, Kelli Nicks brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Landscape Consultants. A graduate of Emporia State University with a bachelor’s degree, Kelli’s career has been defined by her commitment to supporting and empowering the talented individuals who make the company’s vision a reality.

Kelli’s favorite part of her role is connecting with the team, fostering an environment where employees can thrive, and watching them come together to build stunning outdoor spaces for clients. Her passion for people and organizational growth ensures that the company maintains a strong, cohesive workforce. Outside of work, Kelli enjoys spending time with her family, baking, and attending sporting events.
